Cogneato was started in 1999 by our owner, Ronald Higgins. With his wildly diverse background in video production, computer graphics, marketing and programming, website development was a natural extension of talents that he built long before the internet became the driving force that it is now. While the young internet of the late 90's seems almost quaint today, the philosophy on which we established in those days still holds true today: never compromise on the user experience. This user-centric approach has earned us a reputation as one of the premier web development companies in Northeast Ohio.
