If you are using Retail Power Suite, follow steps 1.a - 3.a and skip steps 1.b - 3.b. If you do not use Retail Power Suite, skip steps 1.a - 3.a and follow steps 1.b - 3.b
Step 1.a - (For Retail Power Suite users.) Start by going to the edit side of your website. (e.g. - mydomain.com/edit)
Step 2.a - Click 'GET CREDIT CARD' under the 'Orders' tab.
Step 3.a - Your username will be automatically filled. Enter your password and click 'Login'
Step 1.b - (For other users.) Start by going to www.mals-e.com.
Step 2.b - Click the 'Admin Area' button at the homepage.
Step 3.b - Enter your login information and click 'Login'
Step 4 - Click on the 'Payments' link on the left hand side.
Step 5 - Select a Shopper ID and enter in your password then click 'DOWNLOAD'. (Note: This password is not the same password to login as an admin.
Now you should have the information you need.
Paypal users must receive an email from paypal to confirm that the order is paid for.
Note for Retail Power Suite users: In some rare cases, an order won't be sent back from mals-e to the invoicing system. In this case, mals-e keeps a duplicate record of it for 8 weeks.
